IDFdesign does not produce any item nor carry any transaction concerning the products displayed on this website. IDFdesign is a permanent on-line exhibition and no shop window, therefore all the products displayed on this site are supplied directly by the companies with which IDFdesign signs an exhibiting contract. IDFdesign does not have any information concerning pricelists or other details.
To grant transparency, IDFdesign passes all the requests directly to the sales manager in the various companies, without taing any commission.
RESPONSE TIME
The response time is generally short, normally from a couple of hours to a couple of days depending upon the number of requests the company receive. It may happen that some messages do not reach their destination, for reasons not due to the manucfacturers' or our will. In this case we kindly suggest you to contact one of our sales managers: they will make all the necessary steps to solve the problem and to forward your message to the manufacturer whith whom we cooperate.
